珠海市院前急救反应时间影响因素的研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的通过对珠海院前急救反应时间的影响因素进行综合研究,总结出其特点和规律,分析急救反应时间过长的多种因素并提出解决问题的意见,从而缩短院前急救反应时间。方法采用定量分析和定性访谈相结合的方法,收集数据,调查走访,召开访谈会,讨论影响因素。结果珠海市院前急救反应时间平均为14.7min,低于全国同等规模城市水平,主要影响因素为城市急救模式所限。结论加强院前急救服务体系的管理工作,并采取分步实施的办法,逐步整合急救资源,最终实现珠海市院前急救模式的转变。 Objective To reserch effect factors of emergency response time of prehospital care in Zhuhai city,summarize the characteristic and regularity of the prehospital care,analysis the factors cause long time of emergency response time and advice accessible opinions,So as to shorten emergency response time of prehospital care.Methods Using the quantitative analysis in combination with qualitative method approach to collect data,visit investigation,interview held and discuss influential factor.Results The emergency response time of prehospital care in Zhuhai city at an average of 14.7 minutes,below the national level,we found that fist-aid model is the main affecting factor.Conclusion Strengthen the management of prehospital care service system,and take a step-by-step implementation way,integrate first-aid resources gradually and realizes the transformation of first-aid model in Zhuhai city.
