摘要
基于有限元数值模拟,针对箱体易变型孔加工过程中的压力形变问题,提出一种改进的减速箱箱体易变型孔加工方法,以提高加工精度,改善减速箱体的总体功能性能。加工结果表明,该方法可以有效改善易变型孔加过过程中由于装夹应力所导致的形变,加工精度完全符合期望要求。
Based on finite element numerical simulation,the volatility of holes for the box pressure in the deformation process,this paper presents an improved gearbox variable hole processing method to improve the machining accuracy and improve the overall functional performance gear box.Processing results show that the method can effectively improve the variable type of hole increases over the course of the stress caused by the deformation of fixture,precision requirements in full compliance with expectations.
