中厚板矫直机压弯模型研究

摘要 矫直机主要功能实现钢板在线矫直,以消除钢板在轧制和冷却过程中所产生的不平直缺陷,使生产的产品符合国家标准,适应市场需求。中厚板矫直机压弯模型的确定将大大提高生产线钢板的成材率。因此,本文参考理论文献结合现场实际逐步的推导压弯模型。中厚板矫直机压弯模型分为入口和出口矫直辊的压弯值和弯辊值设定。根据梁的弹塑性理论,矫直辊的压弯量由作用在板材上的挠度来确定,通过确定弹复性挠度、残余挠度得到反弯挠度,从而得到矫直辊的压弯量;弯辊量则由最大原始曲率和板材的塑性变形率来计算确定。 The hot leveler of heavy plate mill is situated behind Mulpic and in front of cooling beds,which is mainly used to restore the flatness of the plate after cooling and to eliminate the residual stress in the plate.The requirements for the flatness of plate have become higher gradually in the recent years along with the increase of market demand on medium and heavy plates.At present,most of the domestic medium and heavy plate production lines have adopted the process technology of TCR and cooling control,which could impact directly the yield of plate due to the low plate temperature before entering in Hot Leveler and the inhomogeneous cooling.Therefore,the study on the bending model of leveler has always been a key subject of the research.
