摘要
文章从阳光体育运动背景出发,在这一背景下就高职院校学生进行科学阳光体育运动所面临的有关体育卫生知识和医学问题提出了一系列积极的探讨和建议,对推广和引导科学的锻炼方法,预防和纠正不合乎科学的体育锻炼方法,鼓励学生以饱满的热情参与阳光体育运动中,推进高校阳光体育运动蓬勃开展,具有一定的实践指导意义。
Starting from the background of sunshine sport,this article puts forward a series of discussion and suggestion on the sports hygienic knowledge and medical problem involved in sunshine sport in vocational colleges,which is significant to promote and guide scientific exercise,prevent and correct unscientific physical training,encourage students to take part in sunshine sports,and promote the development of sunshine sports in college.
