摘要
随着我国旅游业的迅速发展,涉外旅游越来越显示出活力。目前,涉外旅游发展的要求高素质的涉外旅游人才,本文从秦皇岛旅游立市及创建"国际旅游名城"背景出发,分析了涉外人才需求及文化素养构成并提出了相应的培养对策。
With the rapid development of China＇s tourism,foreign tourism is increasingly showing vitality.At present,foreign tourism development needs high-quality foreign-related tourism talents.From the background of Qinhuangdao and creating ＂international tourism city＂,this article analyzes needs of foreign-related talents and cultural literacy components and points out the corresponding countermeasures.
