摘要
独立学院能否在激烈的高校竞争中站稳脚跟,关键在于能否培养出高素质的受社会欢迎的人才,因此,独立学院的人才培养模式受到高等教育者越来越多的关注。文章通过对独立学院的生源特点、发展定位、培养方案、教学实施等问题的研究,以南航金城学院为例提出了构建独立学院人才培养模式的见解。
The key whether an independent college can survive from sharp competition among universities and colleges is that whether this college can develop high quality popular human talent for the society or not.For this reason,the talent training model is getting more and more attention from advanced educationists.This study promotes a view of how to format talent training model for Nanhang-Jincheng college through studies of problems such as features of student resource,development orientation,training program,teaching implementation,edc.
