摘要
机组大修时通过测量转子直流电阻、交流阻抗和两极电压等多种试验方法的分析,发现发电机转子绕组匝间短路。利用测量层间电压法对故障点进行准确定位,对故障点处理后,转子试验数据合格,投入正常运行,根据处理过程对今后的转子检修提出相应的预防措施。
In unit overhaul, we discovered turn-to-turn short circuit of rotor windings, after analysis of several test meth ods,such as dc resistance test, ac impedance test and measuring bipolar voltage. Then accurate positioning to fault point had been realized by measuring voltage between layers. The rotor test data met the requirements after treatment of fault point,and the generator put into normal operation. According to treatment process we put forward corresponding homologous prevention measures on rotor maintenance in the future.
