摘要
目的总结74例(89眼)经鼻逆行置入新型泪道扩张引流管治疗慢性泪囊炎的护理经验。方法术前评估患者心理状态,向患者讲解鼻泪道的解剖结构,逆行置管的方法、原理、效果及术中、术后的注意事项,消除患者焦虑与紧张心理;术中默契配合医生操作,给患者以安慰和鼓励;术后做好健康指导和泪道冲洗及拔管的护理。结果所有患者术中均成功置入泪道扩张引流管。观察6～12个月,总有效率为95.62%。结论新型泪道扩张引流管逆行置管术是一种有效、安全的治疗慢性泪囊炎的方法,且具有对局部的解剖结构影响较小、临床再通率高等优点,恰当护理可以保证手术的顺利完成,提高治愈率和患者满意度。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of 74 cases （89 eyes） who employed nasolacrimal duct expansion drainage tube retrograde through the nose to treat namlacrimal duct obstruction and chronic dacryocystitis. Methods The mental status of preoperative patients was assessed. The anatomy of nasal lacrimal duct, methods, principles, effect, intraoperative and postoperative precautions were explained to patients to ease their stresses. Cooperation with doctors in the operation was conducted l and comfort and encouragement were given to patients. After surgery, good health guidance and nursing after lacrimal and extubation were completed. Results All patients have been succefully put into nasolacrimal duct expansion drainage tube. Observation continued for a period ranging from 6 tel2 months. The total effective rate was 95.62%. Conclusion This new method is effective and safe, which has small effect on local anatomy, and has high clinical patency rate. Proper nursing can guarantee a successful operation and improve the cure rate and patients＇ satisfaction.
