摘要
目的探讨高龄患者行人工髋关节置换术后并发症的观察与护理。方法回顾性分析43例行人工髋关节置换术的高龄患者的病例资料及并发症观察情况。结果 43例患者术后经系统康复护理,均治愈出院,经4～8周电话随访,髋关节功能恢复良好。高龄患者人工髋关节置换术后并发症发生率高,但经过及时规范的观察和护理治疗,康复效果良好。结论高龄患者人工髋关节置换术后,护理人员应加强术后观察,及时做好评估,预防早期并发症,采取积极措施,能提高手术成功率,也提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore nursing experience of postoperative complications in elderly patients after total hip replacement （THR）. Methods An analysis of case charts and complication observation was made retrospectively in 43 elderly patients who underwent THR. Results Under systemic rehabilitation and nursing, all of the 43 patients had an uneventful postoperative recovery at discharge. A significant improvement in hip function was observed during a telephone follow - up in a period ranging from 4 to 8 weeks. A high incidence of postoperative complication was usually associated with THR in elderly patients, however, good results in rehabilitation can be achieved through timely and standardized patient evaluation and nursing. Conclusion After the performance of THR in elderly patients, it is the responsibility of nursing staff to give more care to patient evalu- ation, timely estimation and prevention of the occurrence of early - stage complication. By the active means as stated above, both operative success rate and life quality of patients can be improved.
