Theoretical and Experimental Study on Sand Cutting Resistance of Wedgy Milling Cutter

摘要 为精确计算戈壁砂土的铣刨切削阻力,从砂土铣刨切削机理入手,通过对楔形铣刨刀具切削的力学模型分析,给出了砂土铣刨切削阻力公式,并结合数值分析和模拟试验进行深入研究,得出给定条件下刀具结构和工艺参数对刀具铣削受力的影响规律,为刀具结构及铣刨工艺参数的设计优化奠定了基础。 For the accurate calculation of the cutting resistance of Gobi sand milling, based on the mechanism of sand milling and cutting, by the analysis on mechanical cutting model of wegdy milling cutter, the formulas to calculate the milling and cutting resistance of sand were given. Combining with the numerical analysis and simulation test, the influencing law of cutter structure and technological parameters on the stress status of cutter under the given conditions was obtained, it laid the foundation for the design optimization of cutter structure and milling parameters.
