摘要
某项目的大桥在施工完毕后,发现2~4跨桥位横向偏移,最大偏移量447mm,发生偏移的原因是前期路基施工时,在该处大量弃土,对桥的桩基产生挤压作用,造成桩基发生裂缝甚至断裂。为了在不破坏大桥的前提下完成桥位纠偏与复位,满足大桥安全使用要求,在施工实践中对多个桥梁纠偏与桩基加固的方案进行了反复论证和探索,最后总结出一套便捷、实用、经济的施工方案。
After construction of some bridge is completed,transverse deviation occurs in the span 2 to 4,the maximum offset is 447 millimeter.The offset cause is squeezing action of lots of discarded soil to bridge's pile during the previous subgrade construction which causes many cracks or fracture of pile.To complete deviation rectification under the condition of no destroying the bridge and satisfy the safe working requirement of the bridge,many deviation rectification and strengthening schemes of the bridge are demonstrated and explored repeatedly,and a set of convenient,practical and economical construction scheme is summarized.
