摘要
探讨在当今医疗纠纷频发的背景下,医院施行医疗纠纷院内专家鉴定制度的做法及效果。其有利于医院科学、客观地处理医疗纠纷,维护医患双方权益,促进医疗质量和医院管理水平的提高。
In order to resolve today＇s frequent medical disputes, hospital-expert identification system is adopted in hospital and provides the basis for disputes. The system can help hospital to handle disputes scientifically and objectively, to safeguard interests of both doctors and patients fairly; to moderate social conflicts in a certain degree, furthermore to improve the quality of medical care and hospital management.
