摘要
目的探讨四乌贼骨一藘茹丸对缩短药物流产后子宫出血时间及减少子宫出血量的作用。方法将120例早孕妇女根据患者意愿,在知情同意的情况分为治疗组(65例)和对照组(55例);两组患者均采用药物流产终止妊娠(第1天、第2天均空腹服用米非司酮75 mg,第3天空腹顿服米索前列醇600 mg);治疗组于排出孕囊后加服四乌贼骨一藘茹丸5剂,水煎服,日1剂,早、中、晚各1次分服;对照组排出孕囊后加服桂枝茯苓丸5剂,水煎服,日1剂,早、中、晚各1次分服;比较两组子宫出血14 d内的子宫出血量和子宫出血持续时间以及临产效果。结果完全流产率治疗组为89.23%,对照组为85.45%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);流产者治疗组与对照组平均子宫出血量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组子宫平均出血时间为(11.81±4.55)d,对照组为(15.92±4.13)d,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过与桂枝茯苓丸对照,四乌贼骨一藘茹丸有缩短药物流产后子宫出血时间及减少子宫出血量的作用。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy of Four Fifth Wuzeigu and One Fifth Luru Decoction on shortening of uterine bleeding time and decreasing of amount of uterine bleeding after medical abortion.Methods 120 cases of early pregnant women were divided into the treatment group（65 cases） and the control group（55 cases） by patients＇ wishes.Both groups were treated with medical abortion（Patients took 75 mg Mifepristone Tablets on an empty stomach in the first day and the second day.Patients took 600 mg Misoprostol Tablets on an empty stomach in the third day）.After elimination of fertilized egg,the patients in the treatment group were treated with Four Fifth Wuzeigu and One Fifth Luru Decoction for 5 days,1 dose every day,3 times a day.The patients in the control group were treated with Guizhi Fuling Decoction for 5 days,1 dose every day,3 times a day.The therapeutic efficacy,the average amount and time of uterine bleeding between the two groups were compared in 14 days after elimination of fertilized egg.Results The rate of complete abortion of treatment group was 89.23%;the rate of complete abortion of control group was 85.45%,there was no marked qualitative difference between two groups（P 〉0.05）.There was significant difference in the average amount of uterine bleeding between two groups.The uterine bleeding time of treatment group were（11.81±4.55） d;the uterine bleeding time of control group were（15.92±4.13） d,there was significant difference between the two groups（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Compared with Guizhi Fuling Decoction,Four Fifth Wuzeigu and One Fifth Luru Decoction can shorten uterine bleeding time and decrease amount of uterine bleeding after medical abortion.
