摘要
由于当代地方志在功能定位和工作机制等方面存在制约其发展的不足或缺陷,地方志事业面临着在中国文化体系语境中被边缘化和逐渐丧失软实力的困境或危机。地方志工作者应主动适应新的时代变化和要求,对地方志的功能定位和工作机制做新的理解。摆脱地方志困境或危机的唯一出路是从多方面进行创新,使地方志真正发挥其社会主流价值文化载体的功能。
There are inadequacies and deficiencies in the function positioning and working mechanism of contemporary local records that constrain its development,putting the local records cause into a predicament or crisis of being marginalized and gradually deprived of soft power in the context of Chinese cultural system.Local records workers should actively adapt to changes and requirements of the new age,and make new understanding of the function positioning and working mechanism of local records.The only way out of the predicament or crisis is to innovate in multiple aspects and truly bring into play the function of local records as cultural carrier of mainstream social values.
