我国移动通信市场运营商之间的阶段性竞争博弈分析 被引量:10

摘要 本文运用博弈论原理和方法,对我国移动通信市场运营商之间不同阶段不同形式的竞争进行分析,包括最初的进入与阻挠阶段、中期的为争夺市场份额而进行的愈演愈烈的价格战阶段、后期的差异化竞争阶段以及现阶段的三寡头竞争阶段。文章指出虽然几次电信业重组一定程度上加剧了竞争,但就目前市场格局看仍是中国移动一家独大的局面。本文提出应适度改变资本结构和增加运营商数量,现有运营商不断提升服务和网络质量,深化品牌竞争和差异化经营,才是移动通信运营商的真正出路。 Based on the rationale and methods under Game Theory, the paper analyses the different stages of competition between mobile communication operators, including the stage of initial entrance and hindrance, the stage of medium-term intense price war of scrambling for market shares, the later period of differentiated competition and the stage of three oligopoly model at present. The paper states that though competition is strengthened after reforms of telecommunication industry, China Mobile is still the one who has absolute leadership over China Unicom and China Telecom. The paper suggests that the real way out is to properly change ownership structure, increase the quantity of operators, improve services and network quality, and promote brand competition and differentiated operation.
