It analyzes the causes of the problems on roaming harassment message in combination with the implementation mechanism of the roaming welcome SMS,discusses two kinds of solutions in detail which are modifying VLR soft parameters and monitoring the A interface signaling message.According to the current network status,it proposes the recommended scheme.
