摘要
阐述了团队建设对于提高图书馆核心竞争力的意义。加强团队建设,让每一位馆员认识到团队的重要性,自觉自愿加入到团队建设当中。管理者要灵活运用团队建设的各种先进理念,从培养馆员的归属感、提升馆员业务素质、加强凝聚力、用人所长等方面着手,塑造积极向上、适应时代要求的成功团队,才能加快高校图书馆向现代化、网络化迈进的步伐,从而提升图书馆的核心竞争力。
This article elaborated the significance of team work for enhancing the library's core competitiveness. Strengthen the team work, it is necessary to make each librarian realize the importance of it. The superintandent must nimbly utilize all of advanced ideas on team work, from begining on raising librarian's sense of belonging, promoting the professional quality, strengthening cohesive force and so on. Thus it can mold a successful team adapted time request and can make great strides forward to the modernization of university library. So the core competitiveness of the library can be promoted.
