摘要
使用α-淀粉酶制备了高浓度、低黏度的淀粉胶液用作轻型纸表面施胶剂。最佳制备工艺条件:α-淀粉酶加入量0.02%对绝干淀粉)、温度80℃时保温20min、快速升温到98℃保温30min。所得产品固含量9.0%,60℃时黏度5.5～6.5mPa.s。用于60g/m2轻型纸表面施胶时,成纸表面强度提高23.2%,施胶成本吨纸节约33.67元。
A high-concentration and low-viscosity starch used as a surface sizing agent tbr light weight paper was prepared with a-amylase. The optimum technological conditions were as follows： the dosage of α-amylase of 0.02%（based on dry starch）, maintaining the temperature at 80℃ for 20 minutes, then rising the temperature to 98℃ at a high speed, holding the temperature for 30 minutes. The solid content of the product was 9.0%, viscosity 5.5-6.5mPa.s at 60℃. When used in surface sizing of 60g/m2 light weight paper, the strength was increased by 23.2%, the cost of surface sizing was reduced to 33.67 yuan per ton paper.
