摘要
目的总结颌面颈胸部多间隙感染重症患者的护理经验。方法回顾性总结分析2007年11月至2010年10月间我院收治的11例颌面颈胸部多间隙感染重症患者的护理经验。结果经过积极治疗及精心护理,全部病例均安全度过危险期,生命体征恢复稳定,颌面颈胸部炎症缓解吸收。结论针对个体制定护理计划和护理措施,对口腔颌面部颈胸部间隙感染重症患者进行心理、切开引流、湿敷、饮食等护理,可促进疾病康复,有效减少并发症的发生。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of intensive patients with multi-space infection in maxillofacial, neck and chest. Methods Eleven cases of patients with multi-space infection in maxillofacial, neck and chest treated in our hospital from November 2007 to October 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients were safely through the dangerous period after active treatment and careful nursing. The vital signs restored stable, and phlegmon in maxillofacial, neck and chest were mitigated and absorbed. Conclusion For individuals to develop nursing plan and measures for patients with severe infection in maxillofacial, neck and chest, psychological, incision and drainage, wet compress, and diet nursing can promote disease rehabilitation, effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
