摘要
目的研究鼓室内注射甲强龙治疗难治性突发性聋的临床疗效。方法选取2009年1月至2011年1月在我院常规全身用药治疗两周无效的突聋患者45例行耳内镜辅助鼓室内注射甲强龙治疗,每周1次,共3次。治疗结束后一个月复查纯音测听及鼓膜情况。结果 45名患者中,PTA下降15dB以上有17例,治疗有效率为37.8%。无鼓膜穿孔及听力下降的病例。结论鼓室内注射甲强龙作为难治性突聋的挽救性治疗有一定疗效,而且可行性和安全性高。
Objective To explore the effect of intratympanic methylprednisolone injection for intractable sudden deafness （SD）. Methods 45 patients with noneffective conventional systemic medicine received endoscope-assisted intratympanic methylprednisolone injection for 3 times in our hospital from Jan 2009 to Jan 2011. Pure tone audiometry and eardrums situation were reexamined a month after treatment. Results 17 patients had PTA decrease above 15 dB with effectivet rate of 37.8%. No case had tympanic membrane perforation and hearing loss. Conclusion Intratympanic methylpredrdsolone injection is a salvage treatment for intractable SD with efficiency and safety.
