摘要 基于金兹堡-朗道理论,采用连续相场模型,研究了晶粒生长的拓扑学。结果表明,晶粒生长过程中存在两种拓扑转变机制,即近邻切换机制和晶粒消失机制;发现三边晶粒、四边晶粒、五边晶粒直接消失以及晶粒近邻切换现象,符合经典拓扑公式和欧拉公式,模拟结果与实验结果吻合。研究还发现了新的拓扑转变机制,四叉点直接分离,这种拓扑转变与经典欧拉公式存在差异。 A phase field model which based on Ginzburg-Landau theory was used to analyze the topological phenomena during grain growth.The simulation results show that there are two topological transformations during grain growth.They are neighbor switching and grain annihilation,and four different kinds of topological events are found during the disappearance of grains: direct vanishing of 3-sided grains,4-sided grains,and 5-sided grains,and neighbor switching,which are right with classical topological theory and Euler formula,and the simulation results are similar with the experiments.A new topological translation was observed during simulation,it is the separation of four junctions,which can fall short of euler formula.
