摘要
采用SEM、XRD及Kelvin探头等分析手段对铝合金初期腐蚀进行原位分析,得到NaCl和SO2污染对铝合金初期腐蚀行为的影响,并探讨了其腐蚀机理。结果表明,在温度20℃、湿度85%条件下,SO2可诱发大气腐蚀,腐蚀形式主要表现为晶间腐蚀和部分点蚀;NaCl沉积与SO2的协同作用加速了铝合金腐蚀。
The initial corrosion behavior of aluminum alloy was in-situ analyzed by SEM,XRD and Kelvin probe.The rule of soluble salt and SO2 pollution to aluminum alloy initial corrosion was obtained.The corrosion mechanism was also discussed.The results show that at the temperature of 20 ℃,under 85% humidity condition,atmospheric corrosion can be induced by SO2.The corrosion is mainly expressed in the form of intergranular corrosion and pitting corrosion.The deposition of NaCl and SO2 synergy can greatly accelerate the corrosion of aluminum alloy.
