摘要
高度表模拟器是无线电高度表测试系统的重要组成部分,而声表面波(SAW)延迟线是高度表模拟器的常用元器件之一。传统的声表面波延迟线最高频率只能做到2.5GHz,不能满足国际通用无线电高度表4.2~4.4GHz工作频率的要求。该文基于声表面波延迟线的特点,提出了一种包含上下变频模块的高度表模拟器的设计方法,并给出了测试结果。
The altimeter simulator is one of the most important parts of the radio altimeter testing system,and the surface acoustic wave(SAW) delay line is the commonly used component in altimeter simulator.The highest frequency of conventional SAW delay line is only 2.5 GHz,that can't meet the working frequency requirements of the international standard radio altimeter,which is 4.2~4.4 GHz.Based on the character of SAW delay line,a design method of radio altimeter simulator with up and down frequency conversion module is proposed in this paper and the testing results are also given.
