摘要
目的:观察阴黄型和阳黄型肝炎大鼠在Survivin蛋白上表达的差异。方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分为A、B、C三组,选A组大鼠,将其置于湿热造模环境下,每天喂1:1的5%葡糖糖和猪油脂的混合液20ml/kg/2次/日灌胃;取B组大鼠,给予2kg/L大黄煎剂按照50ml/kg剂量每天灌胃2次;C组为对照组,给予等量的0.9%的氯化钠;并于第15天后给予A、B组大鼠5%异硫氰酸苯酯20ml/kg体重溶于色拉油中灌胃,每天1次;48小时后采样,测定比较各组胆红素及胆汁酸及survivin蛋白的变化情况。结果:相比对照组,阴黄型和阳黄型大鼠的胆红素和胆汁酸明显升高,survivin有显著表达,且阴黄组明显大于阳黄组。结论:Survivin蛋白在阴黄型和阳黄型肝炎大鼠中表达有明显差异。
Ojective： To evaluate the differences on the expression of Survivin gene in rats. Methods： Rats were randomly divided into A, B, C groups, Group A were administered with mixture of （1：1 ） 0. 5% glucose： fat by 20ml/kg/twice/day, group B with Dahuang decotion by 40ml/kg/once/dayand group C with the same saline oroally, after 15 days to compared the expresstion of survivin protion. Results： To comoared group, the survivin expression of Yanghuang is high and Yinhuang is higher. Conclusions： The expression of Survivin is diferent btween Yinhuang and Yanghuang rats.
