摘要
一些载重子午线轮胎在一定的使用条件下会发生类似于共振的异常振动现象,引起轮胎噪声的大幅增加。轮胎噪声实验室转鼓试验能有效地发现轮胎的异常振动。造成轮胎异常振动的原因可能与加工误差引起的轮胎尺寸、质量和刚度等方面的不均匀性有关。
Some truck and bus radial tires would exhibit abnormal vibration similar to the resonance phenomenon under certain application conditions, which caused the tire noise increased significantly. The drum test in tire noise laboratory could effectively find the abnormal vibration. The causes that led to abnormal vibration were the non uniformity of tire size,weight and stiffness caused by processing errors.
