摘要
目的分析马来酸桂哌齐特治疗心肌缺血的疗效,为临床治疗方案的选择提供参考。方法选择笔者所在医院2008年7月～2011年6月收治的冠心病患者76例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。全部患者均采取改善心肌缺血常规处理,观察组在此基础上给予马来酸桂哌齐特静脉滴注。观察两组临床疗效和血流动力学指标。结果对照组总有效率为81.58%,观察组为94.74%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组血流动力学指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马来酸桂哌齐特治疗心肌缺血,临床效果较满意,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of cinepazide maleate in treatment of myocardial ischemia in order to provide refer ence for clinical treatment. Methods From July 2008 to June 2011,76 patients with coronary heart disease in the author＇s hospital were ran domly divided into control group and observation group（ each with 38 cases） ,all patients took conventional treatment to improve myocardial ischemia. The observation group were treated by intravenous drip of cinepazide maleate on the basis of former treatment. The clinical efficacy and hemodynamic differences of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of control group and observation group was 81.58% ,94. 74% respectively,there were significant differences of total effective rate and hemodynamic indexes between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Cinepazide maleate in treatment of myocardial ischemia can obtain satisfactory clinical effects, it is worthy of clin ical application.
