摘要
目的比较不同提取方法所得大叶蛇葡萄提取物的总黄酮含量。方法分别用乙醇加热回流法和渗漉法提取大叶蛇葡萄总黄酮,以蛇葡萄素为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法,在311 nm波长处测定。结果平均加样回收率为99.36%,RSD为1.59%,回流法所得提取物总黄酮的含量为640.74 mg.g-1;渗漉法所得提取物总黄酮含量为672.38mg.g-1。结论该测定方法操作简单,准确可靠,可作为大叶蛇葡萄提取物总黄酮的含量测定方法。渗漉法所得提取物中总黄酮含量略高于回流法。
Objective To determine and compare total flavonoid in different extracts of Ampelopsis megalophylla. Methods The extracts were produced by heating reflux with ethanol and percolation method, respectively. Ampelopsin was used as reference substance, and the content was detected at 311 nm. Results The average recovery rate was 99.36% , RSD was 1.59%. The content of total flavonoid in the extracts by refluxation was 640.74 mg·g-1 , which was 672.38 mg · g-1 by percolation. Conclusion This method is simple and reliable, which is useful for content determination of total flavonoid in the extracts of Ampelopsis megalophylla. The extracts by percolation is purer than those isolated through refluxation.
