Radioactivity can only be detected by special instruments.In the background of nuclear power plant accidents in Japan,γ-ray energy spectrometer becomes the most important instrument for ports to detect radioactive nuclein.This article describes the structure,types and technical indexes of high impurity germanium γ-ray energy spectrometer to provide reference for inspection and quarantine labs to purchase and accept imported instruments.
