摘要
绿色管理的思想是 90年代以来企业管理的新思维。在对绿色管理进行界定的基础上 ,对其形成原因进行了简要分析 ,回顾了企业管理理论发展的过程 ,由此提出绿色管理的本质是人本管理的观点 ,最后对绿色管理必须重视解决的几个问题进行了探讨 ,特别指出绿色管理是较之环境管理更高层次的问题 ,生态人假定是必要的。
The thought of green management is an innovation in enterprise management since the 1990s. This paper analyzes the reasons leading to green management base-upon the concept of green management and the history of the enterprise management development. The result is that the essence of green management is the human-centered management. Additionally,some important aspects in green management are discussed,especially emphasizing that green management stands at a level higher than traditional environmental management and the hypothesis of biological-human is necessary.
