摘要
通过对定西市安定区新集乡新农合及中医药适宜技术推广情况的调查,指出新农合在实施过程中存在的问题,认为新农合在新集乡已经取得了令人瞩目的成果,小病拖的问题基本解决,但看病难、看病贵的问题仍是该地区普遍存在的问题;医疗资源分布不均衡和农村卫生健康教育宣传力度的不足是亟待思考和解决的问题。
The problems existing in the implementation of new rural cooperative medical system（CMS） are pointed out through investigating the popularization of TCM fit technique and new rural CMS of XinJi town in Anding district of Dingxi.The popularization of new rural CMS at Xinji town has gained the excellent achievements,which basically solved the delay of indisposition.But the difficulty and high costs of seeing doctors are still the common issues existed in the region,disproportionate distribution of medical resources and inadequate propaganda of rural health education are needed to be considered and solved.
