摘要
以丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、二烯丙基氯化铵为原料,采用氧化-还原引发体系合成了耐温、耐盐的钻井液降滤失剂。讨论了引发剂加量、二烯丙基氯化铵加量和反应温度对聚合物降滤失性能的影响。当引发剂加量为0.15%、二烯丙基氯化铵加量为10%、反应温度为45℃时,合成的聚合物在高温、高含盐条件下具有优良的降滤失性能。
Using acrylamide ( AM ), 2 - acrylamide, 2 - methylpropane sulfonic acid ( AMPS ) and diolefinic ammonium chloride (DMDAAC)as basic materials, composited durothermic and salt- resisting drilling fluid loss agent under oxidation/reduction reaction. Discussed the influence of initiator and diolefinic ammonium chloride augmentation and the reaction temperature on the abilities of polymer fluid loss. The synthetic polymer could have good fluid loss abilities under high temperature and rich salt with 0.15% initiator and 10% diolefinic ammonium chloride under 45℃.
