摘要
目的:探讨冠心病患者便秘的原因,并提出相应的护理对策。方法:总结本院79例冠心病合并便秘患者的护理经验。结果:79例患者中便秘的发生率为9.1%,在患者治疗便秘期间,未出现一例因便秘导致的心力衰竭等严重并发症。结论:有效的护理干预在解决患者便秘的同时,减少患者的痛苦,还能减少患者因便秘引起的并发症,提高临床疗效。
Objective： To investigate the cause of constipation in patients with coronary heart disease and the corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods： Summarized the experience of 79 cases in our hospital of coronary artery disease with constipation. Results： The incidence of constipation was 9.1% in 79 patients, constipation in patients during treatment for the emergence of constipation caused by heart failure and other serious complications. Conclusion： Effective nursing intervention in patients with constipation resolved can reduce the suffering of patients and the complications caused by constipation, so it can improve the clinical efficacy.
