This paper introduces the application of IC system in coastal highway in detail, respectively describes its working principle, usage, and systematical functions as well, and mainly describes the actual application of IC system core-license plate recognition system, so as to promote the popularity of IC system and furthermore to guarantee safe and smooth driving.
