摘要
阐述了基建档案是在项目建设工程中直接形成的,对基本建设工作的真实记录和历史凭证,也是日后对项目进行维修、改建、扩建和管理评估的依据,是建设管理的重要组成部分,通过对当前基建档案建档过程中存在的主要问题及原因进行分析,提出了如何加强基建档案科学化管理的建议,以指导实践。
This paper elaborated the capital construction archives was directly formed in projects construction, was true records and historical documents of basic construction work, hut also the basis of future making the repairment, alteration, extension and management assessment for project, was the important part of construction management, through the analysis on main problems and reason current existed in the archiving process of infrastructure archives, put forward scientific management suggestions how to strengthen infrastructure archives, in order to guide the practice.
