摘要
通过研究催化动力学光度法测定人发中的痕量硒的过程可知,该方法测量不确定度的主要来源包括:由回归方程计算硒的质量引入的不确定度,样品定容体积的不确定度,样品稀释引入的不确定度,样品称量质量引入的不确定度。对各不确定度分量进行了分析计算可知,由于标准曲线偏离而导致的被测溶液质量浓度不确定度对最终不确定度结果贡献最大,由样品稀释导致的被测溶液质量浓度不确定度对最终不确定度结果贡献最小。求得合成标准不确定度为0.0016×10-2(%),扩展不确定度为0.0032×10-2(%)。
Detection of of trace selenium in human hair by catalytic spectrophotometry is studied.Sources of measurement uncertainty mainly included the calculation of selenium from standard curve,volume of samples,dilution of samples and mass of samples.The components of uncertainty is calculated.Maximal contribute to uncertainty of final detection results is the calculation of selenium from standard curve,minimum contribute is the dilution of samples.The combined standard-uncertainty was 0.0016×10-2(%),expanded-uncertainty was 0.0032×10-2(%).
