摘要
介绍了国内多管式三旋发展概况;分析了我厂催化裂化装置多管式三级旋风分离器在运行中存在的主要问题,通过现场勘察与计算,重点分析这些问题产生的主要原因,如单管磨损及结垢、单管处理量小、单管抗返混能力差、泄气量小、上下隔板变形等,并且提出一些相应的改进措施建议。
Development trend of domestic third-lever cyclone separator is expounded as well as the problems;through on-site investigation and calculation,These problems have been focused on analyzing,such as single tube wearing,low capacity of single tube,discouraged small amount of deformation of the upper and lower partitions,etc.,and the counter measures have been proposed.
