摘要 目的建立石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定维生素C原料中微量铅、镉的分析方法。方法检测波长铅为283.3 nm、镉为228.8 nm,灯电流为2.0 mA,狭缝宽度为0.4 nm。结果铅质量浓度在0.0~10.0 ng/mL、镉质量浓度在0.0~0.5 ng/mL范围内与吸光度呈较好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为98.6%和97.8%,RSD分别为1.1%和1.5%(n=9)。结论石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定维生素C原料中微量铅、镉,方法准确、简单、灵敏,被测溶液稳定性好。 Objective To establish the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS) method for determination of trace lead and cadmium in vitamin C. Methods The determined wavelength was at 283.3 nm for lead,228.8 nm for cadmium,the lamp current was 2.0 mA,the slit-width was 0. 4 nm. Results In the range of the lead in 0. 0- 10. 0 ng/mL, cadmium in 0. 0-0. 5 ng/mL,the content had a good linear relationship with the absorbance,and the average recovery was 98.6% and 97.8%, RSD was 1.1% and 1.5% (n =9),respectively. Conclusion This method is accurate and reproducible for determining the lead and cadmium in vitamin C.
