摘要
研究了 Ti、TiH2等活性填料在聚碳硅烷先驱体裂解制备 SiC陶瓷材料中的应用.Ti、 TiH2等可增加聚碳硅烷的裂解陶瓷产率,可与N2气氛反应生成氮化物,导致体积膨胀而降低陶瓷的气 孔率。
Sic ceramic derived by active filler(Ti, TiH2, etc)-controlled polycarbosilane (PCS) precursor pyrolysis was studied. The results showed that Ti and TiH2 can increase ceramic yields of PCS, they react with N2 to produce nitride, which lead to a volume expansion and porosity decrease and enhance the properties of the composites.
