摘要
目的探讨鼻内窥镜下改良下鼻甲成形术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法应用随机数字表法将2009年1月～2011年9月在我院耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科住院治疗的98例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组进行内窥镜下改良下鼻甲成形术治疗,对照组进行传统下鼻甲部分切除术治疗,比较两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、恢复通气时间、黏膜恢复时间及伴随症状消失时间。结果观察组患者术中出血量、恢复通气时间、黏膜恢复时间及伴随症状消失时间均明显短于对照组患者,所需要的手术时间长于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后门诊随访6月,观察组总有效率93.88%,对照组总有效率79.59%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下鼻甲成形术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎疗效优于传统的下鼻甲部分切除术,术后疗效更好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the curative effect on chronic hypertrophic rhinitis of improved plasty of inferior turbinate by nasal endoscope. Methods All of 98 cases of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2009 to September 2011 were divided into observation group and control group by random number table. Observation group were treated with improved plasty of inferior turbinate by nasal endoscope, and control group were given partial inferior turbinectomy. The difference between blood loss, operative time, recovery ventilation, mucosal recovery time and associated symptom losing time were compared. Results Observation group were shorter than control group in blood loss, recovery ventilation, mucosal recovery time and associated symptom losing time （P 〈 0.05）, but the operative time in observation group was longer than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Followed up over six months, the response rates of observation group and control group were 93.88% and 79.59% respectively, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of improved plasty of inferior turbinate by nasal endoscope is better than that of partial inferior turbinectomy, and it is worthy of clinical application.
