摘要
针对船舶预舾装工程资源受限项目调度问题,结合关键链法和遗传算法,提出了一种基于资源转移的资源优化配置办法。首先根据项目优先权对项目逐个进行资源的初始分配,进而识别关键链,最后确定资源分配计划。通过算例将资源配置方法应用于预舾装工程的项目管理中,提高了多项目管理中的资源利用率,缩短了项目工期,并为在多项目并行条件下进行关键链多项目管理提供了理论参考。
In order to solve the problem of resource - constrained project scheduling in ship pre - outfitting project, this paper, combined with genetic algorithm and critical chain theory, proposed an optimal means of resources allocation based on the transfer of resources. This research improved resource utilization in multi - project management and shortened the project duration. According to project priority, it initially allocated resources to projects one by one, then identified critical chain, and finally confirmed resource allocation plan. Through an example, .resources allocation method was applied to pre - outfitting engineering project management, which provided a theoretical reference for managers in multi - project critical chain under the conditions of parallel multi - project management.
