摘要
以熔块釉为基础釉,通过添加MnO2和CuO两种金属氧化物,成功制备了亮银灰色金属光泽釉。系统研究了MnO2与CuO的质量比K、加入量及冷却制度对釉面效果的影响,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了釉层微观形貌。研究结果表明:(1)取2~3当CuO加入量为2.25~3%,MnO2为6~9%时,釉面出现高亮金属光泽。如果CuO含量低于1.5%,釉面不易出现金属光泽效果。MnO2的继续加入,有使釉面出现暗黑且无光的趋势;(2)快速冷却较随炉冷却更容易使釉面出现金属光泽效果;(3)快速冷却后试样釉层分布着亚微米级球状晶体,且平行于釉面规则生长,这极有可能是釉面出现高亮金属光泽的重要原因。
Bright argent metallic luster glaze was successfully prepared by adding MnO2 and CuO into fritted basic glaze.The effect of MnO2/CuO mass ratio K,metal oxide addition and cooling system were systematically researched.The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy to determine the micro morphology of glaze layer.The results indicated that:(1) when the addition of CuO was 2.25~3% and for 6~9% MnO2,the highlight metallic luster glaze was appeared.If the addition of CuO was lower than 1.5%,the metal gloss effect was failed.With the content increase of MnO2,the glaze surface had the trend of becoming dark and dull.(2) It was likely to appear metallic luster on glaze surface by fast cooling than furnace cooling.(3) Submicron spherical crystals were distributed in the glaze layer by fast cooling.Moreover,the growth of spherical crystals was regular and parallel to the glaze surface,which was likely to appear the important reason of bright metallic luster.
