摘要
各向异性形貌的单晶颗粒由于有特定的形貌和结晶学方向,从而区别于同组分的等轴粉末颗粒,而且由于其具有某些特定的性能,在功能陶瓷领域的应用越来越广泛。熔盐法是制备非等轴状晶粒的重要方法之一,本文概述了熔盐法制备非等轴状低维度单晶颗粒的基本原理及熔盐选择的基本原则,阐述了不同工艺条件(反应温度及时间、熔盐种类及其含量等)对产物尺寸及形貌的影响,并探讨了各向异性形貌单晶颗粒的形成机理。
Anisometric single-crystal particles with high aspect ratio are different with equiaxed grains of identical component,because they exhibit special morphology and crystallographic direction.Furthermore,owing to provide some special performances,these particles are being used increasingly in the field of functional ceramics.Molten salt synthesis(MSS) technique is an important method to synthesize anisometric single-crystal particles.In this paper,reaction mechanism of MSS and rules of salt are described and a brief conclusion is given of influences of processing parameters on size and morphology of desired phase.Finally,the mechanism of formation of anisometric single-crystal particles are discussed.
