摘要
目的探讨影像科医院感染管理方面的危险因素,提出防范与管理对策。方法加大培训力度;健全规章制度,定期督查考核;完善设施设备,加强环境管理;注重手部卫生,加强职业防护;了解感染管理现状。结果工作人员医院感染管理意识淡薄,相关知识缺乏;检查室内卫生清洁度差;仪器设备的污染;规范覆盖面不全,医院感染管理相对滞后等是影像科医院感染管理方面的主要危险因素。结论规范医疗废物的分类处理,加强介入治疗的医院感染管理等综合措施可有效预防与控制影像科医院感染的发生。
OBJECTIVE To explore the risk factors for nosocomial infections in the department of radiology,and to propose prevention and management strategies.METHODS Training was enhanced,regulations were instituted,regular monitoring and inspection were performed,facility and equipment were improved,environmental management was enhanced,more attention was paid to hand hygiene and occupational protection was enhanced.The current infection management status was investigated.RESULTS There were the following risk factors for nosocomial infection in the department of radiology： weak awareness of work staff on nosocomial infection management and lack of related knowledge;low degree of healthiness and cleanness in the examination room;contamination of equipments;incomplete coverage of norms;relatively lagging behind of nosocomial infection management.CONCLUSION To regulate the classification of the medical waste and strengthen the nosocomial infection management in interventional treatment can effectively prevent and control the nosocomial infection in the department of radiology.
