攀钢新3~#高炉年修后指标优化原因分析

摘要 在探索出了大型普通高炉冶炼高钛型钒钛磁铁矿操作规律的基础上,通过对年修前后技术经济指标的对比,认为在下部调节的基础上,降低休风率、合理的上部装料制度和加强炉前出铁管理是促进新3#高炉指标优化的主要原因。 In explore large common smelting high itanium type vanadium titanium beaving magnetite blast furnace having the law of operation basis, through annual overhaul before and after the technical and economic indexes contrast, that in the lower part of the adjustment on the basis of damping down lower rate, reasonable upper pack material system and strengthen stokehold is the promotion of new 3# blast furnace in the main reason for the index optimization.
