摘要
宁德三盛"君临天下"小区人行天桥,桥梁上部为钢管桁架,原设计方案为分节段由工厂预制后运至现场拼装,然后采用架桥机吊装到位。然而市场上70m的架桥机比较紧缺,如果采用50m架桥机分节拼装架设,根据设备特点,必须搭设9m宽的作业平台3个,现场分节段拼装需要6m宽作业平台2个,塔楼侧因10cm厚的楼板无法承受架桥机前支腿的荷载,需要搭设9m宽作业平台1个,场地占用面积大,施工周期长,投入大。经过设计优化,采用顶推方案,在塔楼和桥台之间仅设置3个6m宽临时支墩,即可满足施工需要。并且本施工方案施工周期短,投入少,成本低。
The pedestrian bridge in the community "Imperial Vermillion" in Sanshen of Ningde takes steel truss as its upper structure. The original design was to have a site assembling of the sections prepared by the factory, and then to lift them to the proper places by a bridge erector. However, for the market shortage of the 70-meter bridge erector, only 50-meter bridge erector is available. According to the equipment characters, tbree 9-meter wide working platform, and two 5-meter wide section assembling working platform are required. Besides, for the 10-centimeter thick board on the side of the bridge tower is not able to bear the load of the front legs of the bridge erector, a 9-meter wide working platform has to be built, which requires extensive working space, long working period and large investment. In the optimized design, by using incremental launching, only three 6-meter wide temporary buttresses between the tower and abutment will meet the needs of construction, which has shorter construction period, less investment and lower cost.
