摘要
无论从历史、文化,还是景观等多种层面而言,广州市逢源大街至荔湾湖历史文化街区都具有很高的保护和研究价值。此地区的保护、改造工程也借助亚运这个契机得以全面的实现。然而,在此次城市更新中,行为与制度间仍存一些矛盾冲突,导致规划目的与实施结果产生脱节的现象。通过对此历史街区保护与更新现状的调研,记录好的方法,总结经验教训,提出了对历史城区更新的一系列反思,以促进城市传统历史文化片区的可持续发展。
Fengyuan Street to Lychee Lake Historic District of Gnangzbou has high value of Conservation and research in terms of history, culture, landscape or other aspects. Protection and renovation project of this region has achieved a complete realization taking the chance of the Asian Games. However, in this urban renewal there are still some conflicts between behavior and system, leading to the disconnection belween planning and implementation. In this paper, through survey and research on the protection and renewal status of this historic district, some good methods have been recorded, shortage summarized, a series of update reflections proposed to promote the sustainable development of traditional history and culture area.
