摘要
高校艺术生性格外向、文化基础弱、自我约束能力弱,所以,艺术生的公共课堂管理一直以来都是众多教师叫难的问题。然而,公共课程的开设对培养艺术生的基础素质和修养又是必不可少的,实践证明,如何顺应他们的特点,课堂管理得法,刚性管理和柔性管理相结合是行之有效的。
Different from other major students,college art students have outgoing personality,poor culture foundation,and the poor ability of self-control.As is known to all,the public classroom management of art students is a difficult problem.However,the public course is indispensible to the cultivation of basic quality and training of art students.Then what kind of classroom management can comply with their characteristics and be satisfied to all？ The author＇s practice finds that the combination of rigid and flexible management of art students is effective for public classroom management.
