摘要
伴随着经济全球化进程的加速,港口行业竞争不断加大,港口企业降低运营成本已成为港口企业提高竞争力的主要手段,而其中物流成本的节约越来越凸显重要。运用企业供应物流理论,研究港口企业供应物流的概念、特点、功能,并在此基础上对港口企业供应物流管理模式进行了探索。
With the acceleration of economic globalization,port enterprises are facing increasing competition and reducing the operating cost,especially the logistic costs,has become a main means to improve the competitiveness of the port enterprises.Based on the theory of supply logistics,this paper studies the concept,features and functions of supply logistics of port enterprises and explores the management mode of port enterprises＇ supply logistics.
