摘要
从高校"小金库"的来源及特点着手,分析了高校"小金库"产生的原因,从思想认识、制度管理、责任追究,特别是财务人员派驻等方面,提出了治理高校"小金库"的有效途径。
It analyzes the causes of college unit-owned exchequer from the perspective of its origin and characteristics.The countermeasures to put it under control are proposed in the aspects of recognition,system,responsibility,and treasurers,etc.
