摘要
长期以来,对地方高校高教研究机构的功能定位、发展方向等始终存在着不同的看法,以至于影响到了它的发展。面对高等教育跨越式发展的新形势,有必要就此问题进行重新讨论并认知,以便使其通过发挥咨询参谋作用,服务科学决策;提供信息服务,引领教育理念更新;借鉴美国经验,进行院校研究;发挥管理职能,成为大学管理文化研究中心等,在服务学校发展的过程中促进自身的科学发展。
The views of function and prospect on the local colleges＇ higher education research institution are so different in the long term that they even hinder its development.More discussions and recognitions are needed when facing the new situation of higher educational leaping development.Higher education research institutions should serve for the scientific policy-making by rendering consultation;lead to the conceptual renovation through information-offering;study on the institutes by referring to western experiences;and turn to be the research center of college administration culture,playing the role of administration.
